The FENIX Residence– a residence that literally rose from the ashes. We managed to save a crumbling block of classicist houses in the historic center of Prague, which had largely burned down in the past. Even though we knew from the beginning that it would cost a considerable amount of money and the easiest way would be to have the entire building demolished and build something new instead. We went for the reconstruction. Our goal was to preserve the residence. After all, it is part of the heart of Prague. Our vision came true, we saved the building, and now it is more beautiful than ever.
Apart from smaller and larger apartments, Residence FENIX also offers non-residential spaces for sale. The building has undergone a complete renovation, including new roof and elevator. Brand-new modern design in a beautiful historical shell. The apartments are fully furnished with new furniture.
